Goccia Umbra Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

The Micheletti family produces a delicious "extra virgin olive oil" near Orvieto (Central Italy) using only locally harvested olives. This authentic Italian olive oil is smooth and fruity with a pleasant bitter note and a pleasant peppery finish. Its name is Goccia Umbra.

The aroma has a delicate bouquet, typical of oils from this region. Goccia Umbra has a fruity flavor that is perfectly balanced and harmonious. The finish has a lingering peppery note (the piccante) that makes the olive oil delicious. The peppery effect is the reaction of oleocanthal to sensors in your throat. Oleocanthal is one of the substances that makes olive oil so healthy.
