The extra virgin olive oil from the Spanish delicatessen brand La Chinata is made from the Manzanilla olive. These olives are harvested in Sierra de Gata in Spain, a northeastern region in the province of Cáceres, halfway between Madrid and Lisbon. The olive oil has an intense yellow color, a soft sweet and fruity taste without a sharp edge or bitterness.

The extra virgin olive oil is characterized by:

La Chinata can be used both cold and warm (up to 200C).
